I really like the detail at the bottom of this image—you can actually see all the smooth pebbles under the water because it’s so clear. The sun is just hitting the horizon, which lights up the wispy pink clouds and reflects a nice warm glow right onto the center of the lake. It makes the cold mountain water look almost warm.

This is a great background for a phone because the top half is mostly soft pink sky and a few light clouds. It gives your lock screen clock a clean, unobstructed area to sit. The boulders in the foreground anchor the bottom of your screen well, and the clear water helps your app icons stand out without looking too busy.
